Recruit together with TravelWorks Group through social media
To produce video content with our partner institutions that will be used in promotional activities, our team is coming to the West of the USA before NAFSA in May and to the East after NAFSA in June. This is a non-profit initiative with minimum expenses on both sides. All filmed materials you will be able to use in your marketing activities. Apart from that, our production team will deliver the final video product, which will be spread through our social media to get leads, process them, and send you applications of our students.
The company actively promotes higher education, university preparation, and language travel programs in the USA through social media, mainly focusing on marketing strategies and online recruitment for international education.

During the last 3 years, over 80 universities, colleges, language centers, and boarding schools from 12 different countries participated in our filming project, getting creative video content and growing their international target audience.
TravelWorks Group (TWG) is a US-based corporation and a parent company for two major recruitment bodies covering two significant regions of our industry: Russian-speaking – TravelWorks, and Spanish-speaking countries – StudyWorks.

Market Demand Analysis
TravelWorks marketing department carefully analyzes the demand and problems of the local market matching them with the concrete niche and programs offered by the featured institution.
Script Development
Our content manager together with the creative director, work on the script to fully address the subtopics that the audience is interested in, implement attention-keeping techniques that result in higher involvement numbers and longer viewing times of the video content.


Campus Filming
Our filming team spends one day filming the campus, which includes indoor and outdoor footage, filming interviews with institution representatives, masterclasses, social activities, interactions with the students and drone footage, depending on the script.
Production
TravelWorks production team works on the final video for our social media using Adobe Premier Pro. The production stage involves the work of video editors, motion designers and graphic designers, who work on site in our office.
The final video is actively used by TravelWorks certified student counselors in their work with the leads that come directly from the video, as well as other students with the profiles that match the programs and location of the institution. They aim at working closely with the client and applying him to the institution.

After posting the video, it is boosted for the next two months through integrations, digital advertisement and posts on other social media platforms, increasing the general reach to approximately 20 000 or more, depending on the format and topic.

CONCEPT 2: STANDARD VIDEO WITH A SPECIFIC FOCUS
Hands-on video, close to the format of unpacking videos, that focuses on a certain topic and illustrates it at your campus, e.g. program, campus infrastructure, one of the buildings, college, internship opportunities etc.
Video length: 10 - 15 min

Filming duration: 1 day

Number of produced videos: up to 2 videos each in 3 languages (Spanish, Russian, English)

CONCEPT 3: "FRESHMAN"
Filming of an educational institution as a part of a YouTube show run by TravelWorks. During the show, two main heroes discover the institution: one becomes a freshman of the institution for one day, having set up classes and exams, and another is telling about the institution and interviews institution representatives. The format is already well familiar to the audience.
Video length: 15 - 45 min

Filming duration: 2 days

Number of produced videos: 1 video in 2 languages (Spanish and Russian)

CONCEPT 4: VIDEO FOR YOUR NEEDS
Perfectly fits if you want to have a video in a certain format about a certain topic that would perfectly fit your recruitment and marketing efforts. It could be a video of the campus, sport facilities, new building overview, certain events happening on your campus, interviews with students and staff or even a drone footage. You will be the only owner of the final video.
